Yesterday was a horrendous one. Me, together with my bro and a few of our frens- sam engliang charmaine, went to NYP Open house. What ruined the day was the heel of my shoes broke! Not entirely broken, just like semi-detached only. Still can walk though it'll come loose at times and i have to bend down and stuck it back. irritating.
But as the day passes... the heel gets looser and looser and (no it still hasn't detach fully), I have to bend down more often to stuck it back. @_@ And to add fuel to the fire, my feet aches like I dunno what! We've been walking like 3 hours already! It felt like eternal hell to walk from NYP to Yio Chu Kang MRT... even though they say it's a 2 min walk.
It was a mistake to wear THAT pair of shoes yesterday!
haha. But then, I know hui had the same experience during TP open house. :P
Enough about the sickening pair of shoes.
The open house was not bad. Although I wish to remain in JC, but I believe having a back-up plan would be good. haha. I'm interested in Hospitality and Resort Management. Sounds so nice. Get to have overseas attachment etc etc. But the drawback is that the only place I can work in Singapore is in the IR. [Says Kat]. And Limited job spaces at that. So it's kinda risky. But who knows? Tourism is gonna boost. The job market might need more personnels to cater to increasing tourism.
The L1R4 cut-off point for this course in TP is about 10. LOL. If i can get to this course, I (most probably) be able to stay in MJC already la! Might as well have no back-up plan. =S
And for NYP, it's a new course. But they would only take in 90 students -> If my memory didn't fail me.

Anyway I'm kinda surprise that my brother initiated taking photographs. haha. He's the one in the middle! With the 'seven' handsign. He loves number 7. LuCky7.
I went to City Hall after that with my brother. (the rest went home.) Went to the place he always go everyday to work -> Raffles City Robinsons. And bought a pair of slippers... and thank god im relieved off my unbearable pair of shoes! :)
There's blisters now. zZzz... Poor feet of mine.
Met up another two of our frenz. Went to Marina Square to find that the lan shop there has closed down. lol. (I was gonna sell Maple mesos to my frens.)
So we headed to Orchard cineleisre lan. $3.50 / hr. So expensive . . . lol.
Couldn't play rakion there, too lag! >.<
And I found out something which I rather not know. Ignorance is sure bliss. =( Sigh, im puzzled.
So anyway, we played for around 2 hours and headed home.
